Since our beginnings in 2019, we’ve spared no detail in recreating Vietnam’s most famous dishes: From northern Vietnam comes our distinctive beef Pho, with its rich, savoury amber broth made from premium cuts of beef and fresh herbs and spices, simmered for up to 15 hours. From the north, there’s the flavourful pork-based Bun Cha Hanoi; from the coast, there’s Hai Phong’s signature spicy, exciting fish and noodle dish, Bun Cha Ca. Each of our dishes captures the unique history, culture, and environment of the area they came from, making for an unforgettable dining experience.
